TERMS

FairBuild ("FairBuild", "we", "us") is part of A-Frame Futures. By buying a Foundations Review or joining the Lab, you agree to these terms. Our registered details are below.

A Foundations Review looks at Step 3 of the FairBuild Pathway, Your Business in Numbers, without joining the Lab. You create a free FairBuild account first so your answers are saved. There are two kinds:

• AI Foundations Review, £189 + VAT. You can start free and see a first look at your business before deciding whether to unlock the full report. Once you have paid and completed the questions, your full report is delivered within 24 hours.
• Human-led Foundations Review, £450 + VAT. A 90-minute call with Christina Liciaga and a refined report covering the Build foundation: Your Why, Who You Serve and Your Business in Numbers. After you pay, Christina books your call by calendar invite for a time at least three days later, so there is time to prepare.

Your report is written from the answers, figures and documents you give us. Its quality depends on that information being accurate and complete, and it will point out where something is missing or estimated.

If we have not delivered your review within five working days of you completing the questions, we will offer you a full refund.

• Upgrade to human-led: within 14 days of your AI review being delivered, you can upgrade to a human-led Foundations Review for £261 + VAT, the difference between the two prices.
• Credit towards the Lab: if you join the Lab within 30 days of your review being delivered, the fee you paid for the review is credited against your Lab membership.

• Codes are entered at checkout.
• Each code can be used once per email address.
• Codes have an expiry date and cannot be used after it.

Lab membership costs £850 a month + VAT. Joining starts with an application and a 30-minute conversation, so we can both check the Lab is right for you. Your membership starts once we have agreed you will join and your first monthly payment has been taken.

Each month includes a 45-minute review with your coach, a group clinic, the Pathway curriculum with practical tools and AI, a shared action plan and scorecard, and between-session support. We reply to between-session messages within three working days.

• Billing: membership is billed monthly.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Your membership continues until the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed after that. [Notice period, if any, to be confirmed.]
• Your part: progress depends on the time you give the work between sessions. The Lab gives guidance, tools and commercial challenge while you lead the business. Membership does not promise funding or investor introductions.

Foundations Reviews, reports, coaching and Lab materials are guidance to help you understand and build your business. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Decisions about your business remain yours, and you should take professional advice where you need it.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect for a review or the Lab, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. Read our Privacy Policy

We may update these terms as FairBuild's reviews and membership evolve. The terms that apply are the ones in place when you buy a review or start or renew your membership. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever we change them.
